I feel like I have found the key to my anxieties, my fears, my depressive and manic tendencies. It is through the breath that I am able to find myself, oh so clearly and so sweetly. It is through the FEELING of the breathe in my nostrils, throat, lungs, chest, that I am able to release the thoughts of the day, the fears of tomorrow, and the anxieties of interacting with others. I just – breathe. And return to the present moment. Life is sweet.
