I am going to ride the dark night of our planet and find joy in life’s simple pleasures. I am going to save myself by understanding that there is nothing to save. I am going to breathe; every day I am going to breathe.

I am here to do work but first I am here to rest in the awareness that we are all One, we are all God, we are all Spirit incarnate. We are here to Love, to grow, to breathe the touch of Spirit and Life into our bodies.

We are here to witness the beautiful birds, the fierce waves, the fascinating growth that is to be done for in education, the joy in conversations, human healing touch, romantic love, agape love, family love, unconditional love, and Unconditional Love in its highest form.
